A separate return label is required for each package you wish to send back. These must be created during the returns registration process in the Return Portal – all within the same session. Once a return has been completed, it can no longer be amended or extended.
If you haven't sent anything back yet: You can cancel the return registration in the Return Portal and create a new one. Please select your preferred shipping option and complete the process separately for each package in order to receive an individual return label for each one.
