I want to register a return, but it’s not working. What should I do?

First, please check whether your order is still within the return window:

• EU and UK customers: You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The return must be registered within this period – registering via our returns portal counts as your withdrawal declaration. After that, you have another 14 days to hand the parcel to the carrier.
• All customers: We offer a voluntary return right of 30 days from receipt of goods. The relevant date is when you hand the parcel to the carrier.

Please also note:

• Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging to be eligible for return under the voluntary return right.
• If an item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation amount from your refund.
• If you return your entire order, we'll also refund the cost of the cheapest standard shipping. If you keep at least one item, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
