How do I return an order?

Please register your return in advance via our Return Portal.

After registration, the following return options are available:

1. Return using one or more prepaid return label(s) provided by us, in accordance with our return shipping policy.
2. Return using a carrier of your choice at your own cost and organisation.
3. Free in-person return at one of our Flagship Stores in Berlin, Hamburg or Cologne.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount – potentially minus the return shipping fee – to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5 to 8 business days.
