What is your exchange and return policy?

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers) 

Customers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Registering your return via our Return Portal counts as your withdrawal declaration. After declaring your withdrawal, the item must be handed to the carrier within a further 14 days – the relevant date is the drop-off date with the carrier.

Voluntary return right (all customers)

 Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer all customers a voluntary return right of 30 days from receipt of goods. The relevant date is the drop-off date with the carrier.

Please note:

• If the item is used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation amount from your refund in accordance with legal requirements.
• If you return your entire order, we will also refund the cost of the cheapest standard shipping. If you keep at least one item, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• The voluntary return right applies only to items that are unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging. Used items are excluded.
