Can I exchange an item (e.g. for a different color)?

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please proceed as follows:

1. Register your return via our return portal and send the item back to us.
2. Once the return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund – potentially minus return shipping costs.
3. In the meantime, you can place a new order at any time.
