After submitting the warranty registration on our website, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Please also check your spam folder. The subject line will be either "Horizn Studios - Warranty Activation" (English) or "Horizn Studios - Ihre Garantieaktivierung" (German).
Please keep this email and your proof of purchase in a safe place, as both may be required if you wish to make a warranty claim in the future.
Your product is registered for the extended warranty if:
- you purchased directly from Horizn Studios and provided your Order ID during registration, or
- you purchased from an authorised retail partner and uploaded a valid proof of purchase including the purchase date.
