All Horizn Studios products are covered by the statutory warranty period of 2 years.

Soft goods (e.g. bags, backpacks) 2-year statutory warranty.

Luggage without registration 2-year statutory warranty.

Luggage with registration Horizn Studios offers an extended warranty on registered suitcases – depending on the date of purchase:

02.01.2019 – 31.01.2023	5 years
01.02.2023 – 03.02.2026	Lifetime warranty: All suitcases
From 04.02.2026	Lifetime warranty (Pro Series and Essential Series)  5 Years (Go Series, Re Series, Air Series)
