The Horizn Studios warranty covers all functional defects of the suitcase – meaning defects caused by material or manufacturing faults.
Not covered:
- Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g. scratches)
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Damage caused by third parties, e.g. airlines (this must be reported immediately and in person directly to the airline)
What happens in a warranty case? Horizn Studios will assess the information provided and decide whether the damage is covered. If a warranty claim is approved, Horizn Studios will resolve the issue at its discretion through repair, replacement of the defective part, or a replacement product.
