Since all orders are processed automatically, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.
If your order has not yet been delivered: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to refuse the delivery via the shipment tracking – the parcel will then be automatically returned to our warehouse.
If your order has already been delivered: Please register a return via our Return Portal.
Once the return has been received at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase amount within 8 business days to the original payment method.
Note on personalised products: Personalised items (e.g. a personalised Luggage Tag) are excluded from returns. If you return an order containing a personalised item, the refund will be issued minus the price of the personalised product. Please do not send personalised items back.
