Why were my delivery costs not refunded?

Whether delivery costs are refunded depends on how and when the return was made:

Full return within the statutory withdrawal period (EU and UK) If all items were returned within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offer. Additional costs for express or premium shipping will not be refunded.

Partial return If you kept at least one item from your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Returns after the statutory 14-day period For returns made under our voluntary return policy, delivery costs will not be refunded, even if the entire order was returned.

Returns from Switzerland For returns from Switzerland, the original delivery costs are not refunded, regardless of when the return was made.
