Orders are processed automatically, which means we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address once an order has been placed.
You can see which carrier is handling your delivery in your shipping confirmation email. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to influence the delivery yourself:
DHL If you are registered with DHL, you can adjust the delivery via the shipment tracking – for example, refuse the delivery online or redirect the parcel to a parcel locker, branch, or neighbour.
UPS If you are registered with UPS My Choice, you can redirect the parcel to a UPS Access Point or a neighbour, for example. Not registered yet? You can sign up here: https://www.ups.com/doapp/signupmychoice?loc=de_DE
